TNA Rostering

TNA Roster is a powerful Daily and Weekly rostering tool with many features, yet simple to use. This visual rostering module will suit most business enviroments that don’t have dynamic requirements. The user can allocate shifts on an individual or group basis easily and quickly where there is no fixed shift pattern or when shift changes are for short periods only.

Reports can be printed to provide an easy to read display of which shift each employee has been allocated for each day in a given period.

TNA Roster is particularly useful in any business that needs to change employee shifts on an ‘ad hoc’ basis. This is particularly applicable to the labour hire, retail and hospitality sectors where scheduling of shifts is dependant upon customer volumes that vary according to day, week and season. TNA Roster provides the ultimate in customisation and flexibility of shifts in a system already known for its unrivalled level of flexibility.

Rosters can be generated at the click of a button. The user only needs to make changes when employees move outside the set Roster. Changes can be made the day after or in advance using our unique Roster Calender

The user can validate the roster to ensure that staff are available for the periods of time they are rostered on. You can set up your own categories to describe why they are not available (e.g. leave, sick, study, TAFE etc).
